Announces the availability of the instructions on the 2019 share dividend payment

(PRESS RELEASE) BUCHAREST, Romania, 6-May-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — The Company would like to inform its shareholders and the market that, on 6 May 2020, were made available the detailed instructions regarding the payment of the dividend in gross amount of 0.65 lei per share, as approved by the Company’s general shareholders’ meeting from 30 April 2020.
