Digi Communications N.V. announces the availability of the Instruction regarding the Payment of Dividends for the Financial Year 2021

(The Company) would like to inform its investors and the market that Digi has made available the detailed instruction regarding the payment of the dividend in gross amount of 0.85 lei per share, as approved by the Resolutions of the Board of Directors of DIGI Communications N.V. dated the 1st of September 2022.
