(PRESS RELEASE) HELSINKI, 15-Mar-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Outokumpu (HEL: OUT1V), the largest producer of stainless steel in Europe, has announced the repurchase of 156,617 own shares as part of its share buyback program. The transactions (ISIN FI0009002422), carried out on March 14, 2023, are as follows:

Outokumpu announced a share buyback program of a maximum of 20 million shares on November 3, 2022. The Board of Directors approved a share buyback program of up to EUR 100 million under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. The program will end no later than on March 24, 2023.
After the disclosed transactions, Outokumpu holds 21,094,646 treasury shares.
