Zurich Insurance Group Ltd launches its public share buy-back program of up to 1.74 million shares on April 11, 2018

ZURICH, 10-Apr-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Zurich) will launch its public share buy-back program of up to 1.74 million shares on April 11, 2018. All required regulatory approvals have been obtained.

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2019 that Zurich’s ordinary share capital be reduced via the cancellation of the shares repurchased under the share buy-back program.
