The Volvo Group is extending its relations with emlyon business school, which becomes a preferred partner for the development of innovative training and learning methods.
GOTHENBURG, 22-Mar-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — As part of its global partnership program with further education – the Academic Partner Program – involving talent recruitment, research and training, the Volvo group has signed a new 2-year cooperation agreement with emlyon business school.
emlyon business school, already selected by the Volvo Group for its talent recruitment (Preferred Talent partner), has become partner school in the field of continuous training (Preferred Learning Partner). Led by Volvo Group University, the internal training unit of the Volvo Group, the cooperation is set to cover skills development of group employees, the shared design of programs and training tools, development of new learning methods and the pooling of experience.
The Academic Partner Program is reserved for higher education establishments selected for their excellence in fields relating to the strategy and requirements of the Volvo Group. Thanks to its partners in Sweden, France, USA, China, and Japan, the Volvo Group is able to effectively carry out long-term research and innovation projects with 11 establishments worldwide.
