Vivendi to propose the appointment of Katie Jacobs Stanton as a member of its Supervisory Board

Paris, 30-4-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — Vivendi will also propose the appointment of Katie Jacobs Stanton as a member of its Supervisory Board to the Shareholders’ Meeting on June 24.

Katie Jacobs Stanton has been Vice President of International Market Development for Twitter since 2010. She is currently based in Paris. She previously served as Special Advisor to the US State Department and as Director of Citizen Participation at the White House. Prior to working in the Obama Administration, Ms. Stanton held several positions at Yahoo! and Google from 1999 to 2009.
