Thales: Appointments on the Group Executive Committee

Neuilly-sur-Seine, 7-2-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Jean-Bernard Lévy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thales, has appointed or confirmed in their position the following persons, as members of the Group Executive Committee.

Patrice Caine, Senior Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Performance Officer

Pascale Sourisse,Senior Executive Vice-President, International Development, in charge of Area A and Area B

Pascal Bouchiat, Senior Executive Vice-President, Chief Finance Officer

Philippe Logak, General Counsel. Philippe Logak will join Thales on 1st March 2013.

Hervé Multon, Executive Vice-President, Strategy, Research and Technology

Reynald Seznec, Executive Vice-President, is in charge of ad hoc missions for the Chairman & CEO. He sits on the Executive Committee.

Until a new Senior Executive Vice-President in charge of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee is appointed, Jean-Bernard Lévy is acting HR Director.

The following persons are confirmed in their position:

Marko Erman, Chief Technical Officer. He reports to the EVP, Strategy, Research & Technology.

Remy Rougeron, Head of Legal. He reports to the General Counsel.

Stanislas Guérin, Head of Audit, Risks & Internal Control. He reports to the General Counsel.

Roland Mihaïl joins Thales as Advisor to the Chairman.
