Telia merges its Lithuanian operations under one legal entity Telia Lietuva

STOCKHOLM, 03-Feb-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — On February 1, Telia Company’s Lithuanian operations Teo, Omnitel and Baltic Data Center will merge into one legal entity under the name Telia Lietuva. The change is a logical outcome of the integration process which started when Teo acquired a 100 percent stake in Omnitel in January 2016.

Telia is the undisputed leader in broadband services and owns the most advanced 4G network that covers 99 percent of Lithuania.
