Berne, 26-8-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — According to the provisional final result, 97.08% of all PubliGroupe shares involved in the bid were tendered to Swisscom after expiry of the extension period on 25 August 2014. Swisscom’s interest in PubliGroupe is thus estimated at 98.34%.
This final result is provisional. Swisscom plans to announce the definitive final result on 29 August 2014, including information on the fulfilment of conditions of the takeover bid according to section 2.7 letters c – k of the offer prospectus. At that time, Swisscom will also be able to indicate the expected completion date.
The offer prospectus, the provisional final result in accordance with the Swiss Takeover Board’s Ordinance and the other publications regarding the offer can be downloaded free of charge in German and French at www.public-takeover.ch. The restrictions on the offer listed there shall apply.
