Swatch Group: Additional members named to the Executive Group Management Board and in the Extended Group Management Board

Biel / Bienne (Switzerland), 6-11-2012 — /europawire.eu/ — At its last meeting, the Board of Directors of the Swatch Group made the following appointments to its Executive Group Management Board and the Extended Group Management Board:

• Pierre-André Bühler, Head of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse and previous member of the Extended Group Management Board has been appointed member of the Executive Group Management Board.
• Raynald Aeschlimann, Head of International Sales at Omega Ltd., Hans Rudolf Gottier, Head of of Micro Crystal Ltd, Calogero Polizzi, Head of IT at Swatch Group, and Jean-Claude Eggen, member of the Management of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse, have been named new members of the Extended Group Management Board.

Appointments are effective as of 1 January 2013. The appointees’ previous responsibilities will be retained and unchanged.
