Munich, Germany, 29-1-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Voting at the company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, the shareholders of Siemens AG have ratified the acts of the Managing and Supervisory Boards for fiscal 2012. As recommended by the Managing and Supervisory Boards, the shareholders also approved by large majorities a dividend payout of €3.00 per share and the planned spinoff of Osram.
