(IN BRIEF) On Girls’ and Boys’ Day in Germany, SGL Carbon opened its doors to interested children and young people at its sites in Bonn and Meitingen. Nine children in Bonn and six visitors in Meitingen were welcomed by the company’s colleagues and learned about the job profiles in the laboratory, IT department, MES department, and training workshops. They also had the opportunity to produce their own keepsakes of the day.
(PRESS RELEASE) WIESBADEN, 5-MAY-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — On the occasion of Girls’ and Boys’Day in Germany on April 27, 2023, we opened our doors in Bonn and Meitingen to interested children and young people who wanted to discover the exciting world of carbon and graphite.
Nine children in Bonn and six visitors in Meitingen were welcomed by our colleagues and gained insight into the job profiles in the laboratory, IT department, MES department and our training workshops. At both sites, they had the opportunity to produce their own keepsakes of the day, as well.
