Orkla ASA announced completion of its acquisition of 67% of Condite Oy after Finnish regulatory approval

OSLO, 2-2-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — In its press release of 12 December 2014, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire 67% of Condite Oy. The agreement was approved by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority on 8 January 2015, and the sale has today been completed.
