PARIS, 02-Jan-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — Following the signing of definitive binding agreements setting the terms of the sale to EDF of 75.5% of New NP capital, and as announced on 22 December, the transaction has been completed on 31 December 2017.
New NP is the entity combining former Areva Group’s activities relating to the design and manufacturing of nuclear reactors and equipment, fuel assemblies and services to the nuclear installed base.
