The decision to appoint Mr Noel Camilleri and Mr Claude G. Cuschieri was taken on 8 July 2013, the date on which the requisite majority of Governors’ votes was reached.
The terms of office of Mr Noel Camilleri and Mr Claude G. Cuschieri will expire in 2018 at the end of the day either of the Annual Meeting or of the approval of the financial statements for the 2017 financial year, whichever is the later.
