Espoo, Finland, 27-12-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — Maintpartner Finland sells its engineering workshop business in Kouvola, Finland to Dust Control Systems Oy, based in Loviisa, Finland.
The deal includes the workshop machinery and related inventory. Nine employees transfer to the new owner as existing employees.
Also the real estate with land area was sold, DCS being the new main owner and Kouvolan Yritystilat Oy the minority shareholder.
Both contracts are valid as from 1 January 2014.
