LONDON, 18-Apr-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has advised GT Gettaxi Limited and GT Gettaxi (UK) Limited, which trade under the Gett brand, on their recommended offer for the entire issued share capital of Mountview House Group Limited, the owner and operator of the Radio Taxis black cab business and the One Transport platform.
The offer was declared unconditional as to acceptance on 11 April 2016 and is expected to complete by the end of April.
Gett operates the global on-demand taxi app and the acquisition will bring the total number of Gett black cabs in London to 11,500.
