AMSTERDAM, 20-Apr-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Vincent van den Boogert has been appointed as CEO of ING in the Netherlands. He will start his new role on 1 June 2017 succeeding Nick Jue* who has been appointed CEO of ING in Germany.
“With 22 years’ service in ING, Vincent van den Boogert has a broad banking background and strong commercial experience. He has seen and been a part of many ING transformations over the years. His sound understanding of the Dutch market and of our customers, as well as his drive and commitment to continually strive for excellence will be extremely important as we work towards our ambitions,” says Koos Timmermans, Vice-Chairman Management Board Banking.
Vincent van den Boogert joined ING in 1995 and has since held various management roles in the Netherlands and Turkey. He is currently chief customer officer and member of the management team of ING in the Netherlands.
