Frankfurt, Germany, 9-1-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — Helaba is providing long-term funding to finance an office complex in Sweden in an amount of SEK 230.4 million (EUR 25.4 million) for the Luxemburg-based real estate fund DEREIF SICAV-FIS, which is managed by Corpus Sireo for a German insurance group.
The property is located at a prime location in the Malmö CBD consisting of four office buildings with a total rentable area of around 16,800 sqm. The principal long-term tenants are the Swedish insurance company Trygg Hansa and SEB Bank.
