The Change of the Chairman of the Management Board in Grupa Azoty S.A.
6-5-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — On 29th April 2013 the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. dismissed Mr Jerzy Marciniak, Chairman of the Management Board, as another step of the implementation of the Consolidation Agreement. The resolution came into force on the same day. The Supervisory Board thanked Mr Jerzy Marciniak for the effective cooperation.
Simultaneously, on 29th April 2013 Mr Paweł Jarczewski was appointed by the Supervisory Board as the Chairman of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.. The resolution comes into force on 6thMay 2013.
