G4S, the leading global security company, announces that it has completed the sale of its UK children’s homes business ‘homes2inspire’.
LONDON, 08-Jun-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — G4S, the leading global security company, announces that it has completed the sale of its UK children’s homes business ‘homes2inspire’ to the Prospects Group, an employee-owned education, employment, training and care provider, for £11.4 million paid in cash.
The homes2inspire business provides tailored education programmes, training and care services to more than 80 young people in 18 homes across the Midlands as part of a number of contractual agreements with local authorities.
As part of the transaction, all employees including senior management in G4S homes2inspire will become part of the Prospects Group.
