Brussels, 1-3-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — The results of our latest registrar satisfaction survey are now available.
The most important finding of the survey is that 94% of the registrars that took part were either satisfied or extremely satisfied with our overall service. While this percentage is only up 1% from the 2011 survey, the result is actually an improvement, since the number of registrars giving us a rating of “extremely satisfied” has increased significantly for the second year in a row (51% in 2012 compared to 43% in 2011).
Many thanks to all registrars that participated. The findings are a good incentive for us to work harder and refine our actions.
