ROME, 13-Dec-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — At a meeting chaired by Gabriele Galateri di Genola, the Assicurazioni Generali Board of Directors today resolved by majority vote to submit to the next Shareholders’ Meeting the proposal to eliminate the age limit restriction to assume the offices of Chairman, CEO, and Directors of Generali, envisaged in the current Articles of Association.
