FRANKFURT AM MAIN, 30-Oct-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — Deutsche Bank Wealth Management helped to raise over £150,000 for charities supporting vulnerable women at this month’s Frieze London art fair, with a ‘secret postcard sale’ organised by British artist Tracey Emin and her studio.
Each of the 800 original artworks in the sale in collaboration with Deutsche Bank Art, Culture and Sports was created by a female artist from the Deutsche Bank Collection.
The sale was one of the highlights of ‘Another World’, an exhibition of works by female artists from the collection, curated by Emin and her studio to mark the centenary of women’s voting rights in the UK and Germany.
Deutsche Bank has been the lead partner of Frieze London for the past 15 years. The Deutsche Bank Wealth Management Lounges received record numbers of visitors: over 2,300 at Frieze London, which focuses on contemporary art, and over 1,000 at Frieze Masters, which focuses on art made before the 21st Century.
