Copenhagen, Denmark, 27-3-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — Helle Havgaard, Danske Bank’s head of HR since 2010, will leave her position on 1 July 2014.
“I have seen some very hectic and exciting years,” says Helle Havgaard. “We have made deep structural changes to our organisation while at the same time strengthening our expertise and focusing on digital innovation. Our new CEO has set the course for Danske Bank, and we both agree that this requires new thinking. Danske Bank is a fantastic company, and I wish it all the best.”
Thomas F. Borgen, CEO, thanks Helle Havgaard for her substantial contribution:
“Helle Havgaard has been instrumental in adapting Danske Bank and its organisation to new conditions at a time of considerable pressure on the sector. She has also provided valuable input for the customer-facing organisation we established two years ago. I wish Helle the best of luck with new challenges outside Danske Bank.”
Danske Bank has initiated a search for a new head of HR.
