Casino Group announces streamlined corporate structure for French food retail operations

(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 4-Jan-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Casino Group (EPA: CO), a French retail company, has announced that it will be reorganizing its food retailing activities in France. As part of this process, the group has created a joint holding company which will oversee the subsidiaries within the Monoprix perimeter. The transfer of the activities of Distribution Casino France to this holding company will be completed in the first half of 2023. This reorganization is being carried out in accordance with legal provisions and has been discussed with employee representative bodies.
