Frankfurt am Main, 02-Mar-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Three new bond index funds issued by BNP Paribas Easy have been tradable via Xetra since Tuesday.
The BNP Paribas Easy Barclays Euro Government Inflation Linked All Maturities UCITS ETF Capitalisation enables investors to participate in inflation-linked euro zone government bonds. All bonds in the benchmark index have to have a minimum rating of A3/A-, a residual term of at least one year and a total volume of at least €500 million.
The BNP Paribas Easy Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid Corporates UCITS ETF Capitalisation gives investors exposure to the performance of liquid euro zone corporate bonds. The fund invests 90% of its capital in bonds and 10% in money market funds, cash, futures and forwards. The benchmark index comprises 40 bonds with a residual maturity of 1-3.5 years weighted by rating.
The BNP Paribas Easy Barclays US Treasury UCITS ETF Capitalisation enables investors to participate in fixed-rate US Treasury securities. Treasury bills and STRIPS are excluded from the index. The securities must have a rating of Baa3 / BBB- and a remaining maturity of at least one year.
The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,141 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €15 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
