LONDON, 18-Jan-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Aluplast sp. z o.o., the largest supplier of PVC window systems on the Polish market, has signed a lease for 10,000 sq m of warehouse and manufacturing space at the Logicor Poznań III distribution centre.

Logicor Poznań III is a 26,400 sqm Class A distribution centre. It has 35 loading docks, 40 truck parking spaces and 60 car parking spaces. The distribution centre is located in Robakowo, 16 km from downtown Poznań, in the vicinity of the S11 expressway and 2.5 km from the Krzesiny junction, linking the expressway and the A2 motorway/E30 European route (Poznań-Łódź-Warsaw).
Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
