AF Gruppen (AFG) has been nominated by Boligbygg Oslo KF to build and renovate 91 Omsorg + (assisted living witch caring functions) flats in Trondheimsveien 387 in Oslo.
OSLO, 10-9-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Boligbygg is a municipal undertaking in Oslo municipality responsible for operating, managing, owning and letting of municipal housing.
The existing lower and conjoining blocks in Trondheimsveien 387 will be demolished and new buildings erected. These new buildings will be according to passive house standards, with 36 living units and share facilities. The renovation works on a taller building will elevate the building up to modern standards including addition of newer insulation and alteration of the exterior, and it will comprise 55 living units in addition to offices and commercial premises in the first floor. The three buildings overall area amount to 10.589 square metres.
The contract form is a turnkey contract and estimated contract value is NOK 168 million. The final agreement is expected to be signed on September 14, which marks the expiration of the qualifying period.
Works on site will commence in October 2015 and completion is expected in March 2019. The project will be conducted with tenants partly occupying the housing units in all stages of the building process.
