8-11-2012 — /europawire.eu/ — AF Group has been nominated by Norwegian Property as contractor for the rehabilitation of the Terminal building, Stranden 1 at Aker Brygge.
The Terminal building is the main entrance to Aker Brygge in Oslo. The contract includes rehabilitation of office and retail areas in addition to the exterior glass facade. The Terminal building will be energy certified according to BREEAM class “Very Good” and energy class B.
The contract is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 361 million excluding VAT. The contract has a cancellation clause before start of construction work, based on final Board decision in Norwegian Property.
Work will commence in November 2012 whereas the construction will start during summer 2013 with completion ultimo 2014.
