ANDRITZ Technology Selected Again by Minhan Paper for Sustainable Recycled Fibre Processing

ANDRITZ receives a repeat order from Minhan Paper for another OCC line.

(IN BRIEF) Minhan Paper Joint Stock Company has ordered a second complete OCC recycling line from ANDRITZ for its mill in Hung Yen province, Vietnam. The new line will support the company’s expansion in packaging paper production and is scheduled to start up in the first half of 2027. The order value has not been disclosed and has been included in ANDRITZ’s order intake for the second quarter of 2026. ANDRITZ will supply a fully integrated system covering pulping, screening, cleaning, reject dewatering, broke handling, the paper machine approach system and white water treatment with fibre recovery. The line will produce high-quality corrugating medium with a capacity of 700 tonnes per day, while the broke handling system will have a capacity of 100 tonnes per day. The repeat order highlights Minhan Paper’s satisfaction with the performance of its first ANDRITZ OCC line and reinforces the ongoing partnership between the two companies.

(PRESS RELEASE) GRAZ, 10-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Minhan Paper Joint Stock Company has placed a repeat order with ANDRITZ for a complete old corrugated containers recycling line at its mill in Hung Yen province, Vietnam.

The new line will be the second OCC system supplied by ANDRITZ to Minhan Paper and will support the company’s continued expansion in packaging paper production. Start-up is planned for the first half of 2027.

The value of the order has not been disclosed. The order is included in ANDRITZ’s order intake for the second quarter of 2026.

ANDRITZ will deliver a fully integrated OCC recycling solution covering the process from pulping through to refining. The scope of supply includes low-consistency pulping with an ANDRITZ FibreSolve pulper, multi-stage screening and cleaning, reject dewatering, a paper machine approach system, a broke handling system and a disc filter saveall system for white water treatment and fibre recovery.

The new line is designed to improve fibre recovery, operational efficiency and resource use. It will support stable operation, high-efficiency impurity removal and reduced fibre loss, contributing to more sustainable recycled fibre processing.

Once operational, the line will produce high-quality corrugating medium with a capacity of 700 tonnes per day. The broke handling system will have a capacity of 100 tonnes per day.
