This month marks 100 days when Russia invaded Ukraine and will be a tough month for the soldiers as they are waiting on new weapons. The Russians have now occupied 95% of the Luhansk region and are focused on trying to take the east of Ukraine.

One of the Special Forces unit members speaks to our Founder & CEO Jen Sidary daily as she met him in Kyiv, Ukraine while she was working and living there.

“The Russians have regrouped and are now on the offensive while we wait for more weapons.” says the Special Forces member keeping his identity secret for safety reasons.

“It is more important than ever for us to continue supporting the Ukraine army and the creative fashion industry in Ukraine.” — Jen Sidary, Founder and CEO at ANGEL FOR FASHION.

About the Venue:

The event will be hosted by the great local supporter of Ukraine Michel de Bièvre at his Gilda by Belgious restaurant, that was named one of the top 25 best hidden gem restaurants by Open Table and USA Today, located in the famous Gothic district of Barcelona.

“After the first week the war broke out in Ukraine, I trashed all my Russian vodka and replaced it with Ukrainian vodka. The quality and taste are of such a higher quality, and my customers are absolutely loving it. We have also renamed our drinks from the White Russian to Black and White Ukrainian including outfitting the restaurant with Ukrainian flags.” — Michel de Bièvre Owner Gilda by Belgious
