(PRESS RELEASE) SANTIAGO, Chile, 9-Apr-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Kuehne+Nagel and Casaideas have strengthened their long-standing collaboration in Chile with an expanded logistics agreement designed to support the retailer’s omnichannel growth strategy.

At the core of the new phase of the partnership is the consolidation of logistics operations into a single, semi-automated distribution centre spanning 30,000 square metres. This facility, developed specifically for Casaideas and operated by Kuehne+Nagel, enhances efficiency, scalability, and operational visibility across both e-commerce fulfilment and retail store replenishment.

Since becoming operational in 2025, the distribution centre has demonstrated strong performance metrics. It has processed 34.8 million inbound units and distributed 24.7 million products to more than 40 Casaideas locations across the country. Notably, the final quarter of 2025 accounted for one-third of the total annual volume, reflecting peak seasonal demand. On the e-commerce side, the facility handled approximately 953,000 units, enabling the fulfilment of nearly 190,000 customer orders.

The expanded partnership builds on seven years of collaboration between the two companies and reflects a shared focus on continuous improvement in service levels and operational performance. By integrating logistics processes into a unified platform, the partners aim to deliver a more agile and responsive supply chain capable of supporting growth across both physical and digital channels.

Eduardo Razuck, Executive Vice President of Contract and Integrated Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel, emphasized that the collaboration is centred on driving efficiency, automation, and transparency while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing market demands. The integrated approach is designed to ensure consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Cedric Moller, General Manager of Casaideas Chile, highlighted the importance of the initiative in enhancing customer satisfaction. He noted that the partnership strengthens the company’s omnichannel capabilities by improving delivery speed, streamlining operations, and ensuring high service standards across both in-store and online environments.
