Advansia Secures Framework Agreement for Hospital Construction Projects in Southeastern Norway

(IN BRIEF) Advansia, a part of AFRY, has been granted a framework agreement to provide project management services for multiple hospital construction projects in Southeastern Norway, replacing the existing agreement with the Regional Health Authority. The South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, serving 3.1 million people and 57% of Norway’s population, will benefit from this agreement, which encompasses project and construction management, project support, collaboration and communication services, as well as testing and commissioning of installations across various hospital projects. The agreement, lasting two years with a potential two-year extension, also involves WSP, Metier, and HRP, with a combined estimated value ranging from MNOK 500 to 3,000. The framework agreement covers the execution of several hospital construction projects in the South-Eastern region of Norway and replaces the existing framework agreement with the Regional Health Authority.

The South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority is the largest of four regional health authorities in Norway, providing specialist healthcare services to 3.1 million people in the region and 57% of the Norwegian population.

The framework agreement covers all hospital projects conducted by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority or by the hospital trusts in the region. It includes project and construction management, project support, collaboration and communication services, testing and commissioning of installations in the various hospital projects.
