This appointment comes into effect following an order issued on January 29th, 2024, and marks the succession of Emmanuel Moulin.

Bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise, Alexis Zajdenweber assumes his role as Director after serving as the Managing Director of the Government Shareholding Agency. In addition to his directorship, he will also be joining the Strategic and Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee, as well as the Governance and Compensation Committee of the Board.

Alexis Zajdenweber is a distinguished alumnus of the Paris Political Studies Institute (IEP Paris) and the National School of Administration (ENA). His professional journey began in 2003 at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, where he held several key positions including Deputy Director roles within the French Treasury.

Over the years, Zajdenweber’s career has seen him take on pivotal roles such as serving as a councilor in various departments, including competition, state aids, company law, and corporate governance. His extensive experience also includes leadership positions in banking services, means of payment, investments, and the fight against financial crime.

Notably, Zajdenweber has been at the helm of the Government Shareholding Agency since his appointment in 2022, demonstrating his strong leadership and commitment to public service. His tenure at the Presidency of the Republic further underscores his deep understanding of economic, financial, and industrial matters.
