(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 24-Nov-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Savills has strengthened its presence on the South Coast with the opening of a new residential office in Lymington, located in a prominent position at 3–4 High Street. The Lymington and New Forest branch is a key addition to Savills local residential sales and lettings network, helping to bridge the geographical gap between its existing offices in Winchester, Canford Cliffs, Salisbury and Wimborne.

A highly experienced team of local property experts will operate from the new office, extending Savills reach across Lymington itself, the surrounding coastline and the wider New Forest. The team will handle a broad range of homes in areas including Lyndhurst, Milford on Sea, Burley, Barton on Sea, Cadnam, Bramshaw, Beaulieu, Highcliffe, Christchurch, Bransgore, Brockenhurst, New Milton, Romsey and Ringwood.

Working closely with colleagues across Savills wider southern region, the Lymington team will provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of the property market. This includes residential sales and lettings, planning, development, new homes and rural property, supported by the firm’s market-leading country house department, based in London.

The new office occupies a Grade II listed building, with the fit-out designed and overseen by conservation building surveyor Claire Brown from Savills Architecture and Building Surveying team in Winchester. Her work involved securing the necessary consents for sensitive alterations and repairs, restoring historic features, enhancing the building’s fabric and transforming the compact former retail unit into a stylish, contemporary and practical workspace.

Steven Moore, residential director at Savills with 27 years’ experience in the area, says: “We are pleased to have moved into the new premises in Lymington. This picturesque seaside town is unsurprisingly a very popular place to live; a major yachting centre with three marinas, the town has a rich maritime history, offering the best of coastal living with the beautiful countryside of the New Forest National Park on its doorstep. We already have a strong track record in the area and we are looking forward to building on this from our new office in the heart of the town.”

Luke Brady, head of Savills southern residential region, adds: “We are pleased to now be able to fully service the property needs of local buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in Lymington and the New Forest from our new home. We are looking forward to welcoming friends and clients, both old and new, and becoming a part of the local community.”

To celebrate the opening, Savills is inviting clients, contacts and local residents to join the team at the Christmas lights switch-on event in Lymington on 28 November.
