(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 16-Apr-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Kering has entered into a strategic partnership with ICCF, marking a new step in its approach to supporting emerging luxury brands. As part of the agreement, Kering will take a minority equity stake in ICCF, reinforcing its commitment to fostering long-term growth through targeted collaborations.

The partnership is designed to combine ICCF’s strong positioning within the Chinese luxury market and its cultural insight with Kering’s established expertise in craftsmanship, operational excellence, and global brand development. By bringing together these complementary strengths, both groups aim to accelerate the growth and international reach of ICCF’s flagship label.

At the center of this collaboration is ICICLE, a Shanghai-founded brand recognized for its design philosophy rooted in Eastern aesthetics. Known for its use of natural materials and understated, contemporary style, ICICLE offers ready-to-wear collections and accessories for both men and women. The brand currently operates more than 200 stores, including prominent locations in Beijing, Shanghai, and Paris.

Kering’s investment will support the next phase of ICICLE’s development, focusing on expanding its global footprint and broadening its product portfolio into additional categories. The initiative aligns with Kering’s ambition to nurture brands with strong cultural identity and international potential.

This partnership is part of Kering’s newly introduced House of Wonders initiative, a strategic framework aimed at identifying and supporting emerging luxury houses that demonstrate authenticity, creative distinction, and long-term growth prospects. Through this approach, Kering seeks to build value by collaborating with brands that resonate across different markets and cultural contexts.

ICCF, which originated from ICICLE Fashion Group founded in 1997, operates as a vertically integrated fashion company with a focus on responsible design and production. With operational hubs in both Paris and Shanghai, the group continues to expand internationally while maintaining a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and sustainability.

Through this collaboration, Kering and ICCF aim to strengthen ICICLE’s positioning within the global luxury landscape while leveraging their respective expertise to drive innovation, cultural relevance, and sustainable growth.
