(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 27-May-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Icade has renewed three leases with a French insurance company for the Grands Axes property complex in Nanterre, extending the occupier’s commitment to the site until 2036 and reinforcing the attractiveness of Icade’s office assets in the area.

The transaction covers the Axe 14, Axe 15 and Axe 16 buildings located at Les Terrasses de l’Arche in Nanterre, representing the full 58,000 sq.m of office space within the complex. The renewal continues a long-standing relationship that began when the buildings were completed in 2006, underlining the tenant’s continued confidence in the quality, location and operational performance of the property.

The renewed leases will take effect on January 1, 2028 and will run for a firm nine-year term with no break option. The agreement represents a significant leasing milestone for Icade and demonstrates the enduring appeal of the Grands Axes complex among major corporate occupiers seeking well-connected, efficient and service-rich workplace environments.

Located close to the historic La Défense business district, the Grands Axes complex benefits from a strategic position in Nanterre and strong transport links. Its proximity to the RER A and RER E lines provides direct connectivity for employees and visitors, while the surrounding Les Terrasses de Nanterre area offers a dynamic urban setting supported by shops and services at ground-floor level.

The complex has been designed to combine flexibility, comfort and functionality for its users. Comprising three non-high-rise buildings, Grands Axes is structured around a bright internal thoroughfare and sunken courtyards that bring natural light into the working environment. This layout supports smooth movement between the buildings while creating open, welcoming spaces within a dense urban setting.

A wide range of services and amenities is available to occupiers, helping position the site as more than a traditional office complex. Facilities include staff restaurants, a public brasserie, a cafeteria, concierge services, a gym and a wellness area. Together, these features contribute to a campus-style business environment designed to support employee well-being, productivity and day-to-day convenience.

The Grands Axes buildings also reflect Icade’s focus on environmental performance and long-term asset resilience. The complex holds a BREEAM In-Use rating of Very Good and an HQE Exploitation rating of Very Efficient. In addition, the buildings already meet the target set under the French service sector property decree to reduce energy consumption by 40% by 2030 compared with a base year, demonstrating their alignment with energy transition and climate-related requirements.

Audrey Camus, Head of Icade’s Property Investment Division, said the lease renewals confirm both the intrinsic quality of the assets and their prime location near La Défense. She also highlighted Icade’s ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and thanked the teams involved for helping create value for both parties in line with the company’s strategy.

Icade’s upcoming financial calendar includes its 2026 General Meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, followed by the ex-date for a gross distribution of €1.92 per share on June 23, 2026 and payment on June 25, 2026. The company is also scheduled to release its 2026 half-year results on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 after market close, and its nine-month 2026 trading update on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 after market close.
