This transition follows the decision of current CFO Dirk De Man to step back for health reasons.

Fiona Lam, who holds Belgian and Chinese citizenship, brings a strong academic foundation with a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph in Canada, an MBA in Finance from the University of Greenwich in the UK, and an Executive Master’s in Finance and Controlling from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Previously, she has held numerous financial executive roles, including her position as CFO at Punch Powertrain in 2017 and later at Neways Electronics International, where she served as both CFO and Management Board member from 2022.
