Headquartered in Sweden, HeliAir has established itself as a key operator and lessor in the helicopter services market, serving both public and private sector clients. Its operations cover a wide range of essential applications, including aerial firefighting, electricity grid inspections, vegetation management, and support for defence-related training activities. The company’s vertically integrated structure, encompassing maintenance, fuelling, and training capabilities, supports the delivery of reliable and specialized services.

The investment by CapMan Infra is intended to accelerate HeliAir’s next phase of growth, with a focus on enhancing its fleet, strengthening its core service areas, and expanding into selected markets.
