(COMUNICATO STAMPA) LONDRA, 15-Feb-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Aviva plc (LON: AV), una compagnia assicurativa multinazionale britannica, ha annunciato una donazione di 10 milioni di sterline al Woodland Trust per sostenere il loro Woodland Carbon Scheme. Lo schema ha lo scopo di fornire la rimozione del carbonio e il miglioramento della biodiversità attraverso la creazione di boschi e progetti di ripristino delle torbiere in tutto il Regno Unito.
La donazione finanzierà una serie di progetti in una varietà di siti di Woodland Trust, inclusi tre siti “Hero”: Green Farm nel Norfolk, Snaizeholme nelle Yorkshire Dales e Smithills nel Lancashire.
