Nicola Leske Named Executive VP of Group Communications & Sustainability at DHL Group

(IN BRIEF) Nicola Leske has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President of Group Communications & Sustainability at DHL Group, starting from August 1, 2023. With over 20 years of experience in communications, Leske previously served as Managing Partner at GAULY Advisors, advising international and German companies on corporate communications. She was also the Chief Communications Officer at SAP SE, responsible for strategic positioning and corporate social responsibility. Leske holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science and is a graduate of the Henri Nannen School of Journalism.

(PRESS RELEASE) BONN, 1-Aug-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — On August 1, 2023, Nicola Leske (53) assumes the role as Executive Vice President Group Communications & Sustainabilty at DHL Group. In this position she will report to Tobias Meyer, CEO DHL Group.

Nicola Leske brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of communications and, before joining DHL Group, was most recently Managing Partner at the strategic communications consultancy GAULY Advisors. There she advised international and German companies on all aspects of corporate communications. Previously, Nicola Leske was Chief Communications Officer responsible for overall communications at the international software group SAP SE. In this role, her responsibilities included the strategic positioning of the company and the Executive Board as well as corporate social responsibility. Before joining SAP in 2014, the long-time business journalist worked for the Thomson Reuters news agency in various departments and locations, including Frankfurt/M., Amsterdam and New York.

Nicola Leske holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University in Mannheim and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University in Bonn. She is also a graduate of the Henri Nannen School of Journalism in Hamburg.
