(“Cikautxo China”) from CIKAUTXO S.COOP, marking its latest strategic move to bolster the SFC Group under the Amaneos umbrella. This acquisition strengthens the group’s position as a global leader in plastic-based systems for the automotive industry and enhances its presence in the Automotive & Mobility segment.

Established in 2011, Cikautxo China specializes in manufacturing rubber and plastic components for automotive and household appliances, including fluid-conducting systems, vibration-damping components, sealing solutions, door seals, and inlet and outlet bellows for washing machines. Headquartered in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, China, the company achieved revenues of approximately EUR 13 million in 2023 and serves a prestigious clientele that includes Daimler, Ford, Geely, Volvo, BSH, and Haier.

The acquisition of Cikautxo China equips SFC Group with immediate production capabilities to fulfill existing contracts, further expanding its manufacturing footprint in Asia.
