Arkema Strengthens Leadership Team with Strategic Executive Appointments

Effective October 1, 2024, Sophie Fouillat will assume the role of Executive Vice-President of Strategy, succeeding Bernard Boyer, who is retiring after a distinguished career. Fouillat, who has been with Arkema since its inception, brings extensive experience in investor relations, financial communication, and strategic planning, most recently serving as Strategy and M&A Director at Bostik.

Additionally, as of September 1, 2024, Tilo Quink will join Arkema as Senior Vice President of Performance Additives, taking over from Laurent Tellier. Quink, with over 20 years of experience in industrial management roles in both China and Germany, was previously Global Director of Henkel’s Packaging Adhesives, Coatings & Sealants business. His international expertise is expected to drive the transformation and growth of Arkema’s mature and emerging business sectors.

Laurent Tellier, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Performance Additives, will transition to the role of Senior Vice President of High Performance Polymers and Fluorogases, effective September 1, 2024. Tellier’s extensive background in international business and his leadership within Arkema make him well-suited to oversee these key segments.

Erwoan Pezron, who previously held the role of Senior Vice President of High Performance Polymers and Fluorogases, will become an advisor to the Chairman and CEO, Thierry Le Hénaff, before his retirement at the end of the year.
