The site is poised to house a cutting-edge 25,000 sqm logistics facility, designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, sustainable logistics solutions in Northern Italy.

Located just 35 km from Milan and within close proximity to key transportation hubs such as Linate and Orio al Serio Airports, the Fara Gera D’Adda site is ideally positioned to serve major urban centers and transportation corridors. The new facility will feature state-of-the-art sustainability measures, including a 2MW photovoltaic system and LED lighting, ensuring minimal environmental impact while maximizing operational efficiency.
