(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 7-Nov-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, a major European logistics property owner and developer, has renewed a lease agreement with DHL Poland, part of the global logistics leader DHL. This agreement extends DHL’s occupancy at Logicor’s Mysłowice facility, where it operates in a 12,200 sqm warehouse space and a 565 sqm office area. DHL has utilized this location since 2014, providing logistical services for Bausch Health Poland, a top-ten pharmaceutical company in Poland and part of the international Bausch Health Companies.

The warehouse, housed in Building No. 1, was specially designed to meet the stringent technical requirements of the pharmaceutical sector, with features like temperature and humidity sensors and a dedicated power generator. Piotr Brycki, Senior Asset Manager at Logicor Poland, expressed satisfaction with the extension, stating, “We are pleased that prominent clients like DHL and Bausch Health have chosen to continue their operations at this site.”

Strategically located near the S1 expressway and just two kilometers from key connections to the A4, E40, and S1 roads, Logicor Mysłowice offers excellent accessibility and visibility.
