Logicor Completes Expansion of State-of-the-Art Logistics Hub in Vignate for IMA Eurosicma

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 28-May-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, completes a new logistics hub in Vignate (MI) for existing Customer with IMA Group, international leader in automatic machinery for the process and packaging of food, pharmaceuticals, personal care products by supporting the business growth of the company Eurosicma – Costruzioni Macchine Automatiche S.p.A.

The new hub of more than 25,000 sqm, which has been completely renovated and expanded by 4,000 sqm, is owned by the fund Thunder II – closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR – and covers an area of more than 42,000 sqm. The warehouse consists of two units, one of 14,100 sq m and the other, leased to Eurosicma, of about 8,600 sqm to which is added more than 2,200 sqm of office space.

Vignate will target thehighest environmental standards and includes a 430kWp solar panel system which will contribute to the carbon reduction target of 36% by 2030.

The logistics hub is located in a strategic area for the flow of trade: it is only 16 km from Milan, the main logistics center in northern Italy and with one of the highest occupancy rates in the country, and 14 km from Linate Airport.
