Two groups of four teams will be drawn, and the matches are scheduled to take place from Wednesday 5 June to Tuesday 18 June 2013 at four venues in Israel: Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Netanya and Petach Tikva.

During the draw ceremony, the coach of the reigning Under-21 champions Spain, Julien Lopetegui, will hand the trophy over to UEFA President Michel Platini who, in turn, will hand it over to Avraham Luzon, President of the host association, the Israel Football Association (IFA), and member of the UEFA Executive Committee.
