The deal, completed on 1 October 2025, brings Telekom’s prepaid customers into the DIGI Romania network, while Vodafone Romania separately acquired Telekom Romania Mobile. (“DIGI”), one of the leading European telecommunications companies, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, announces that on 1 October 2025, DIGI Romania S.A. completed the acquisition from Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A. (“TKRM”) of (i) certain assets including certain spectrum licences and telecommunications towers as well as (ii) the business of providing prepaid mobile telecommunications services (the “Transaction”). In a concomitant transaction, Vodafone Romania S.A. (“VF”) acquired TKRM.
