Pierre Philippot becomes Managing Director for France at Logicor

LONDON, 04-Jul-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, a leading owner and operator of modern logistics facilities in Europe, announces the appointment of Pierre Philippot as Managing Director, France.

Mr Philippot joined Logicor in September 2016, as Director, Customer Solutions. Prior to joining Logicor, Pierre was Group Real Estate Director at global logistics, road haulage and global-forwarding company XPO Logistics Europe (formerly Norbert Dentressangle). At XPO, he oversaw a property portfolio of 11 million square meters and 520 sites across Europe and was responsible for real estate strategy, including rental negotiation, transactions, sale-leaseback and development activity.

Between 2011 and 2014 Pierre was Real Estate Director, Transport Division at Norbert Dentressangle, a listed European logistics and road haulage company. Between 2006-2011 he was Development Director at SOFADE, focussed mainly on the logistics sector.
